2. Orders & Acceptance
An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example due to a pricing or stock error — in which case we will refund any payment already taken in full.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free on every order. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are given in good faith; occasionally delays outside our control may occur, and we will keep you informed if this happens.
5. Warranty
Every mattress is covered by a warranty of up to 10 years against manufacturing defects such as sagging beyond the accepted limit, broken springs, or faulty foam, subject to normal use and care. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, stains, or damage caused by improper use or lack of a suitable, supportive base.

7. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
